WHERE TO STAY

We’ve set aside a small block of rooms at a couple nearby spots! When you book, mention “Clam Wedding” to ask about any available group rates. There are also a couple cute bed and breakfasts in town, as well as airbnbs. We've linked a couple below!

New Bedford Harbor Hotel

A cutie boutique hotel on the New Bedford Harbor.

There is a Clam room block here with a discounted rate. You can also walk from this hotel to our venue in 8 minutes!  A great option for those who decide to take full advantage of the open bar ;) T

To book with our group rate, call to book your room and mention 'Clam Wedding'.

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New Bedford

It's a Fairfield, you know what to expect...

This hotel is a 12 minute walk from the venue. There is a Clam room block here with a discounted rate.

Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast

For our Bed and Breakfast aficionados, we offer this gem!

WHAT TO DO

If you’re making a full weekend out of it (and we hope you do!), here are a few of our favorite ways to spend a relaxed afternoon in and around New Bedford.

The Whaling Muesum

After we picked our wedding venue in this city we'd never been to, we decided to check it out. This was our first stop. Do the guided tour! We learned a ton.

Hewn Vintage Shop

Another discovery of ours from our many visits since we picked New Bedford. Great curated collection, very kind staff!

Moby Dick Brewing Co.

Great spot for lunch and or a beer. We went here after we picked our wedding venue <3 get the 'Dorito Bowl'

New Bedford Art Museum

Art! We heard this place is kinda cool. We'll try to go before you do and update this box. But if you're reading this... we haven't been yet.

The MadLila Vintage Shop

Everytime we visit, this shop is closed. And like closed 5 minutes ago closed. Tragic. We hope you have better luck than us because the treasures inside look fabulous.

No Problemo

Cash only taco bar. What else do you want?

Ferry to Martha's Vineyard

Looking for a day trip or vacation extension? The Martha's Vineyard New Bedford ferry is steps away from our wedding venue.

Harbor Tour

Sea sickness got nothing on you? (Sam wishes) Book a harbor tour!

Ground Floor Coffee

I looked up popular coffee spots in town and this came up. Let me know if you like it.
